1. One-time registration
The registration fee is ₹999 (INR) per candidate. It covers profile registration, review of your requirements, alliance-search assistance and introductions where there is mutual interest.
Registration is a one-time payment, not an automatically renewing subscription. The payment screen shows the registration amount before you authorise payment.
2. Separate matchmaking / brokerage fee
An additional matchmaking or brokerage fee applies when a marriage is fixed through our service. This fee is not included in the registration charge. There is no single published rate: the amount, who pays, the event that makes it payable, and any cancellation or refund terms must be agreed in writing with each paying party before the relevant service proceeds.
Registration does not authorise an automatic deduction of a brokerage fee. Please ask our team for the written fee proposal before proceeding with an introduction involving additional charges.
3. Payments and receipts
Your registration is saved before payment. For QR payments, pay the displayed fee to the recipient shown on the payment page and submit the 12-digit UPI bank reference (UTR). An administrator checks actual receipt before confirming payment and enabling premium member browsing. Submitting a reference alone does not confirm payment. If a payment gateway is offered, its payment must also be verified. Keep your profile reference, order ID and payment reference for support; never send us your UPI PIN, card security code, banking password or OTP.
Kalyana Bandhan is not currently GST registered. We do not represent a registration receipt as a GST tax invoice.
4. What registration does not promise
We do not guarantee a particular number of matches, a marriage, a wedding date, or acceptance by another family. Registration does not include wedding arrangements or third-party professional services. Please read Cancellation & Refunds for the technical-issue and three-month service refund conditions.
